ICAIS 2026 in-person registration fees include:

The ICAIS 2026 full-conference (Monday-Thursday) registration fee includes:

  • Participation in all sessions, special sessions and workshops.
  • Morning and afternoon networking breaks each day.
  • Luncheons Mon/Tue/Wed.
  • Networking and poster session reception.

Registrations are in £GBP (Great British Pound) funds and VAT exempt.

One-day and two-day registration fees include:

  • Participation in all sessions, special sessions and workshops on the day(s) registered.
  • Morning and afternoon networking breaks on the day(s) registered.
  • Luncheons on the day(s) registered.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notification of cancellation of registrations must be provided by email to the Conference Administrator.

  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations received before by July 1, 2026, less a $75 administration fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after July 1, 2026.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another person at no cost.

Registration Fees

The best conference experience is designed for in-person attendees, who benefit from full access to all sessions, workshops, networking events, and opportunities for spontaneous connections. However, to allow for broader participation, a virtual ticket option is also available.

Virtual attendees will have access to livestreams and recordings of 5–6 key plenary speakers, as well as entry to the Fourwaves platform, which includes a searchable online database of speakers and attendees to support remote networking.
