ICAIS 2024 in-person registration fees include:

The ICAIS 2024 full-conference (Monday-Thursday) registration fee includes:

  • Participation in all sessions, special sessions and workshops.
  • Morning and afternoon networking breaks each day.
  • Luncheons Mon/Tue/Wed.
  • The Monday networking and poster session reception.

Optional extras:

  • Tuesday evening special event (tickets $50, $35 for students).
  • Thursday afternoon scientific field trip to Dalhousie’s Aquatron Laboratory (tickets $25).
  • Registrations are in $CAD funds and subject to 13% harmonized sales tax (HST) #127877119.

One-day and two-day registration fees include:

  • Participation in all sessions, special sessions and workshops on the day(s) registered.
  • Morning and afternoon networking breaks on the day(s) registered.
  • Luncheons on the day(s) registered.
  • The Monday networking and poster session reception (Mon only).

Optional extras (if days of participation align):

  • Tuesday evening special event (tickets $50, $35 for students).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notification of cancellation of registrations must be provided by email to the Conference Administrator.

  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations received before by April 5, 2024, less a $75 administration fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after April 5, 2024.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another person at no cost.
